Aasim Hasan, Executive Vice President
Aasim started his consulting career with Price Waterhouse Management with a focus in Business Intelligence and SAP ERP. He joined Rapidigm in June of 1998 as part of the newly formed SAP Practice where he played several key roles that included creating Rapidigm’s SAP Upgrade and SAP Business Intelligence Practices. In 2004 Aasim was promoted to Managing Director of Rapidigm’s newly formed Business Intelligence Practice where he had complete P&L responsibility including accountability for business development and successful execution of all ongoing business. Under Aasim’s leadership, the BI Practice grew to $50M in annual revenues within 2 years. In early 2006 Aasim became the Vice President and Managing Director of the North American Business Intelligence Practice at Fujitsu Consulting overseeing close to 500 BI professionals and $70 million in annual revenue. In late 2006 Aasim became Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for U.S division of Fujitsu Consulting which included 200 professionals and delivering over $500M of annual sales. Aasim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

George Sayer, Practice Director 
George started his career in the utility industry 30 years ago in nuclear power generation. After serving several key roles with Public Service Electric and Gas Company, where he worked with some of the very early Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) packages, he began his consulting career with a great understanding of utility business integration requirements. He joined Deloitte Consulting's SAP and Energy industry practices, providing executive level consulting services and SAP program leadership to several Fortune 500 utilities. George then spent several years leading the startup Nuclear Supply Chain Services  where he developed an integrated business model for the reselling of investment recovery inventory between nuclear power utilities. Upon his return to consulting and prior to joining Sparta, George served as a Vice President at Gestalt, LLC, Accenture and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he has led several successful utility programs, projects and practice areas, focusing on all aspects of utility operations and technology. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.

Spencer Brown, VP Global Utilities Practice

Spencer Brown brings 14+ years of experience in organizational design, team management, system design, and business architecture for large and mid-sized companies operating in multiple industries globally. He brings an expansive portfolio of client success stories within the utilities industry, having provided consulting and account management services to over half of SAP's utilities customers in the US. Prior to joining Sparta as Practice Director, Spencer served in various leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and SAP services specializing in utilities and waste management focused Customer Relationship Management and Billing solutions. Spencer has presented at national events, authored various international thought leadership papers and was recognized as SAP Top Talent, appointed to the Global Board for Services Sales reporting to SAP's Global CEO.
